Two or three at a time

Side by side

You pick them. We don’t score them, and nothing here adds up to a winner.

All nine, same order for everyone, whether you’re holding one or three.

Just Central Orange so far. All of this is true of it on its own — pick one more and the same questions get asked of both.

So what is it actually like?

Central Orange

The parks corridor

Universal, SeaWorld, Disney's doorstep and Restaurant Row. This is where Orlando does what the world thinks Orlando does, and living here means being ten minutes from all of it and inside the traffic that comes with it. Dr. Phillips is the settled end; Epic Universe has just changed what the northern half is worth.

How do you get around?

Central Orange

No SunRail station

The line runs north to south through downtown and misses the parks corridor entirely.

SunRail, sunrail.com/schedules · read 25 August 2026

What does it cost, and how long is the drive?

Central Orange

$333,900 median asking

across 743 live listings

Median asking price of live MLS listings we can place in the area, refreshed nightly. Not a value estimate, and never a verdict on where you should look.

The drive is the half we still won’t touch: our map is a drawing rather than a survey, and a drive measured on a drawing is not a fact.

What’s actually there?

How many pages we hold in a part of town is a fact about us, not about the place.

What would annoy you about living here?

Central Orange

The parks are next door, and so is everyone visiting them. Living near what the world flies in for means sharing your roads with it — and paying what proximity costs.

And what’s coming?

Central Orange

I-4 at Sand Lake Road — under construction, as of Aug 31.
