405,000 square feet on 54 acres, aimed at a May 2026 opening
Tavistock Development Company’s Lake Nona West is a walkable retail and dining district on 54 acres along Lake Nona Boulevard east of Boggy Creek Road: 405,000 square feet anchored by a 149,247-square-foot Target, with Nordstrom Rack, Barnes & Noble, Total Wine & More, Homesense, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, Sephora, JETSET Pilates, Drybar, Just Salad, Kilwins and Cañonita — the Las Vegas Mexican restaurant’s first Florida location — among the tenants. The center carries a public art program of 30 murals led by Miami studio Chalk & Brush, shaded promenades, and a 20-stall Level 3 EV charging hub powered by Mercedes-Benz. As of late April 2026 the project was advancing toward a May 2026 opening, with tenants continuing to phase in after that.
