The whole board
What’s actually for sale right now?
This is the whole Stellar MLS, arriving as an IDX feed — every home on the market in Central Florida, not a shortlist of ours. Each one shows the brokerage that listed it, because that is whose listing it is; we are not the listing agent on any of them. The feed lands again every night.
Nothing is being held back — there are no listings in the table to show. When tonight’s run finishes, every home in it appears here.
We hold the price, the beds, the baths, the year it was built and the part of town it stands in. The words are the brokerage’s, and they stay on the listing’s own page.
Where the feed carried no number, this says so in words. A blank would read as a zero, and a zero would be a figure nobody filed.
